Refund and Return Policy
This Policy explains statutory withdrawal rights, hygiene exceptions for sealed supplements, defective goods handling, and how refunds are timed. It applies to purchases made through vraxylonshak.world unless a separate written contract states otherwise.

Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Economic Area generally have fourteen days from the day they receive physical goods to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Send an unequivocal statement to our email before the deadline expires. We confirm receipt and provide return instructions where applicable.
Digital content or services not supplied on a tangible medium follow different rules; Easeva sales are primarily tangible capsules, so the physical goods framework applies.
Hygiene exception for sealed supplements
Under Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), the withdrawal right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. If your pack remains sealed and undamaged, you may still withdraw within the statutory window subject to the return process below.
Photograph the seal before returning goods so we can verify condition if a dispute arises.
Defective or mis-described products
If items arrive damaged, contaminated, or materially different from what you ordered, notify us within seven days of delivery with photos and your order reference. We arrange replacement or refund, including reasonable return shipping when we validate the claim. Your statutory rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act remain unaffected.
Return packaging and shipping
After approval, we share the return address in Sweden or another EU return hub. Use outer packaging that protects against crushing and moisture. Retain proof of shipment until the refund is completed. Unauthorized returns may be refused at the door.
Refund execution timeline
We refund using the original payment method within fourteen days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you shipped them, whichever is earlier, unless we need to inspect the parcel for condition disputes. Banks may take additional days to post credits.
Value deductions
If returned goods show handling beyond what is necessary to establish nature and characteristics, we may deduct an amount reflecting diminished value, except where you could not reasonably assess the product without opening permitted layers.
Who pays return shipping
Where withdrawal applies and goods are eligible, you bear direct return costs unless we state otherwise or local law requires us to provide a prepaid label. If we shipped the wrong SKU, we cover reasonable return freight.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Contact us before initiating a card chargeback so we can trace the payment and resolve the issue. Chargebacks generate additional administrative work and may delay legitimate refunds while the bank investigates.
